The Castle
The Castello di Magrano has recently been completely renovated and is now used for accommodation. Its 14 rooms feature unique pieces of furniture from various eras, offer en suite bathrooms with showers or whirlpool baths and heating; 7 rooms and 2 flats are located in the guest quarters.
he castle is located in the centre of a large estate with cultivated land, meadows, pastures and woods and is also a centuries-old hunting estate for the presence of various game - pheasants, hares, partridges, roe deer and wild boar.

The dining rooms can seat up to 70 people distributed between the Great Hall of the Tower with its stone barrel vault and the Breakfast Room where a large fireplace with 16th century bas-reliefs stands out. Large open spaces can also accommodate summer banquets.
The castle has a fully equipped professional kitchen that can be used directly by guests or, alternatively, by a cook and waiter service.
Wedding & Meeting
The facility lends itself to the organisation of private events such as birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations and business meetings. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are offered to guests of the castle and external customers.
The Meeting & Conference Service is offered in the large Hall of Arms on the ground floor of the Tower with its large 14th-century stone barrel vault connected directly to the castle's inner courtyard; the service includes the hire of amplification equipment specifically requested by clients.
Castello di Magrano is able to arrange all the services clients may require for a fairy-tale wedding: from catering to the wedding planner, from the bartender to the floral decorations, from period costumes to musical accompaniment and other forms of entertainment according to the clients' specific needs.
History
The first nucleus of the structure is the Palazzo Tower from the end of the 13th century, which was built as a country residence. A century later, the Tower was equipped with a balcony, and two more bodies were added to the west and south with perimeter walls forming a quadrangular inner courtyard: it thus became an important fortress for the defence of the Gubbio territory.
