The Relais - Antico Monastero San Biagio is an ideal place to regenerate, to find inner peace and tranquility, away from the chaos and frenzy of everyday life. We are an oasis surrounded by nature, on the slopes of the Natural Park of Mount Subasio, but a few kilometers from the most picturesque villages of Umbria.
A church dating back to the 1300s, it overlooks the Umbrian hills creating a precious and rare setting where one can enjoy a panorama that is enriched with each change of season.
The twenty-one rooms with refined and meticulously selected furnishings can accommodate up to 46 people who will enjoy not only the location and the view but also the outdoor pool surrounded by cypress trees.
A picturesque panoramic terrace offers one of the most romantic and special settings for the most intense moments or for practices as varied as Yoga or Meditation.

TYPICAL REGIONAL CUISINE - A one-of-a-kind restaurant, striking architecture that is spread over a single circular floor. Stained glass windows open the view to the rolling Umbre hills that will accompany you during your meal for your stay or events.
Up to 150 people can be accommodated inside and another 50 in the two adjacent terraces.
We produce in-house craft beer, seasonal vegetables, barley for beer, lavender and other medicinal herbs for wellness treatments. No problem adjusting the menu for allergies or intolerances.

The inspiration is rooted in the centuries-old history and traditions of our places, from Castor Durante's "Herbario Novo" to the tradition of the Apothecary Monks.

History
Today the Relais Monastero di San Biagio, located near Nocera Umbra, is a charming and refined residence, where the sobriety of the place has been kept intact, while paying careful attention to detail and comfort. The old refectory has been converted into a restaurant hall and a workshop for artisanal brewing, inspired by the monastic tradition of master brewers.
The Wellness Regeneration Center and the rediscovery of the Monks' ancient manuscripts and herbals has created a continuity with the period when the Monks cared for the pilgrims who passed through there. All of this allows guests today to take a fascinating journey back in time.
